Regenda is now recruiting a Customer Relationships Manager to work with our Positive Footprints team in Burnley.
About the role
The main purpose of this role is to support the roll out of our Job Junction programmes through our Aspirations Partner model, you will be responsible for the smooth on-boarding of new Partners. Developing these key Aspirations Partner accounts will also include recruitment of participating schools. Alongside this, you will be responsible for maximising retention of existing school licensees and Aspirations Partner renewal opportunities through development of positive relationships, project management meetings and ensuring that customer requirements are met.
We are searching for a positive, enthusiastic person who possesses a ‘can do’ attitude and has exceptional interpersonal skills along with the ability to adopt different approaches to a multitude of customers across a broad spectrum. You will have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal as well as fantastic organisational skills in order to prioritise workloads to meet targets and deadlines.
The ideal candidate will have a good working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications and possess the ability to contribute to key account strategies and plans to achieve business growth. You will also be able to effectively articulate the proposition, SLA and deliverables and also be able to produce and present business information to customers at all levels in a clear, accurate and concise way.
A basic DBS check is required for this role.
