Career Conversations are designed to create lightbulb moments for children and young people. They open up the world of work and are a place where inspirational people share real stories.

Inspire your pupils

From award-winning authors to space scientists or sport and climate change professionals, we bring opportunities into classrooms across the UK. Over 10,000 pupils have tuned in to our digital events so far and it is changing the way they see their world.

What to expect

Conversations are hosted online by Positive Footprints. They take place every month and last between 30-45 minutes.

Schools select which talks they want to attend and then register. Content is aimed towards key stage two pupils.

Speakers are shaped with input from pupils and schools. Some talks have competitions where schools enter to win prizes.
